  my boyfriend and I came here very close to closing but the staff was so nice and continued to serve us anyway. were so glad they did because the sushi was super delicious. we had four rolls total and miso soup - no complaints anywhere! fast service and awesome prices. we will definitely be back

  The service was nice, the food though? Yish.
  The price is clearly about 20% lower than the market price since it's designed for students but for me it's not enough to justify the quality of the food.
  The udon noodles tasted like a combination of instant noodles and frozen vegetables. The sushi was just on the edge of being eatable.
  They got an authentic looking kitchen but the food....

  Mizu is a staple for college students on Penn's campus. The smart roll is  a go-to tried and true order and great deal-- up to 4 rolls in one 16 piece box for under $10. The staff is sweet. In fact, my friend went so often that the waiters all knew her order! The BYO is also convenient.

  This restaurant shines in probably only two things: quick takeout and an exceptional deal that is hidden on the menu.
  
  First time I came here, I got 2 rolls and ended up paying $20. I got the spider roll and the crazy roll. They were very delicious but I could not justify the price.
  
  Next time I came, I looked at the menu closely and saw that there was this deal for something called the "Smart Roll". It lets you get 16 pieces (4 1/2 rolls) for $8.99. That is unbelievable and lets you get a full taste of the menu. You get to choose 4 different rolls for a full 16 pieces of sushi! I enjoy the crazy roll, chicken tempura, sweet potato, yellowtail, spicy salmon, and spicy California roll.
  
  And their takeout is also very good. Call 10 minutes in advance and your food will be ready. It is such a convenience and makes me so happy.
  
  They are BYOB but the restaurant is very small (5 tables) so it may be very hard to enjoy wine or such alongside everybody.
